My Weight Gain & Loss Journey

  • Gained 25-30Kg over 10 years and Reduced 23Kg over (2.5)-3 years 
  • Until 2007 – 65Kg
  • Until 2012 – 70Kg
  • Until 2014 – 75Kg
  • Until 2020 – 85Kg
  • Until 2023 – 98.5Kg

  • STEP 1: (with exception of 2-3 days in a month)
    • Reduced Breads, Cookies, Chips, Sugar, Salt, Carbonated drinks
    • Tried drinking more water from Copper / Silver Jar
    • => Water loss and Smooh ride to reach 94Kg

  • STEP 2: (with exception of 2-3 days in a month)
    • Stopped Breads, Cookies, Chips, Sugar, Carbonated drinks
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach 93 Kg

  • STEP 3:  (with exception of 2-3 days in a month)
    • Replaced any intermittent eating by Nuts (Almonds, Figs, Acrods) 
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach 90Kg

  • STEP 4:  (with exception of 1 day in a month)
    • Completely stopped Breads, Cookies, Chips, Sugar, Carbonated drinks, Sweets, Maida (maida is all-purpose flour, refined flour, or bleached flour)
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach 89Kg

  • STEP 5: (with exception of 2-3 days in a month)
    • Reduced rice
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach 88Kg

  • STEP 6: (with exception of 1-2 days in a month)
    • Completely Stopped rice
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach 87Kg

  • STEP 7: (with exception of 1-2 days in a month)
    • Started Eggs & Avacado for the Breakfast
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach 85Kg

  • STEP 8: (with exception of 1-2 days in a month)
    • Replaced any intermittent eating of Nuts (Almonds, Figs, Acrods) by raw Red Peanuts
    • And shifted Nuts to only after breakfast, lunch
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach 84Kg

  • STEP 9: (with exception of 1-2 days in a month)
    • Stopped Chapatis (Gluten) and replaced by Milets (Mainly Jwari)
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach 83Kg

  • STEP 10: (with exception of 1-2 days in a month)
    • Stopped Processed snacks, Tea, Coffee, Milk
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach 82Kg

  • STEP 11: (with exception of 1-2 days in a month)
    • Stopped intermittent eatings and shifted intermittent eating of raw red peanuts to after lunch only
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To stay at 82Kg

  • STEP 12: (with exception of 1 day in a week)
    • Dinner before 1900hrs
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach at 81Kg

  • STEP 13: (with exception of 1 day in a week)
    • Dinner before 1800hrs
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To stay at 81Kg

  • STEP 14: (with exception of 1 day in a week)
    • Dinner before 1700hrs
    • + Adhoc Sun Sluations
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To stay at 81Kg

  • STEP 15: (with exception of 1-2 days in a week)
    • Morning Galic cloves water / turmeric water / Cinnamon stick water

      • Optional – bowl of Nuts Chia seeds, Pumpkin Seeds
    • Replace potatoes by sweet potatos
    • Reduce Yoghurt intake
    • + Adhoc Sun Sluations
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach at 80Kg

  • STEP 19: (with exception of 1 day in a month)
    • One Meal a Day (Lunch) 
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach at 78Kg

  • STEP 20: 
    • One Meal a Day (Lunch) 
    • Reduced Cooking oil, Salt to only <10 days in a month
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach at 75.6Kg

  • STEP 21: 
    • One Meal a Day (Lunch) 
    • Stopped Cooking oil, Salt completely; consumed only when eating outside <5 days/month
    • Only drink Copper & Silver Jar stored water
    • Completely Stop Yoghurt or other dairy products (with exception of 1-2 days in a month)
    • => Bumpy back & forth ride To reach at 75.4Kg
